Courtney Lamkin, daughter of Clayton and Dorinda Lamkin of Rising Sun and Justin Levell, son of Brian and Dawn  Levell and Rhonda White of East Enterprise will be united in marriage on Oct. 12, 2013.

Lamkin will be graduating from Indiana University East on May 10 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a minor in special education. She is a 2009 graduate of Rising Sun High School.

Levell is a floor operator at North American Stainless and a 2009 graduate of Switzerland County High School.

Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Howard of Rising Sun, Ind., and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Tipton of O'Fallon, Mo., are proud to announce the engagement of their children, Alexandra Ann Howard and Bradlee Leonard Tipton.

Alex is a graduate of South Dearborn High School and the University of Evansville, where she is currently employed as a Purple Aces Swimming and Diving coach.

Brad is a graduate of Fort Zumwalt West High School and the University of Evansville. He is employed as an engineer by Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Princeton, Ind. He has recently been awarded a transfer to Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing, located in Erlanger, Ky.

An October, 2013 wedding is being planned. The couple plans to reside in Hebron, Ky.
